Ingredients (serves 1):
- 10 large leaves of saporosella
- 2 slices of lemon
- 1 small glass of water
- 1 small glass of limoncello (or similar liqueur)
Shred the saporosella leaves with a slice of lemon, including the peel, and water. Pass the mixture through a strainer, place in the glass and add the liquor. Stir and garnish with the other slice of lemon.
For abstainers, replace liquor with water and sugar
