Pumpkin Salad with Flax Sprouts

Ingredients (for 4):

100 g of flax shoots
200 g of pumpkin meat
3 medium carrots
1 onion
1 lemon squeezed
2 teaspoons of tamari sauce
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Check and scrape the carrots, then rinse with tap water and cut into pieces. Wash the flax shoots and drain well. Peel the onion and cut the veil.

From the onions, carrots, gourd and finally flax sprouts, place everything in a bamboo basket for steaming; Cook for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.

Bring to the table vegetables with a sauce obtained from the emulsion of the extra virgin olive oil, lemon and tamari juice.
