Plum Cake with Chestnuts and Wheat Sprouts

Ingredients (for 4):

50 g of wheat sprouts
200 g of semi-integral flour
100 g of chestnut flour
100 g raisins
100 g of hazelnuts
20 g apricots and prunes
100 ml sesame oil
100 g of acacia honey
2 eggs
Soy Yogurt 1
1 tablespoon vanilla yeast bio

In a large bowl put the chestnut flour and the semi-integral flour. Add finely chopped cabbages, raisins, apricots and prunes and previously cut into small pieces. Add eggs, nuts, yogurt, honey and sesame oil.

Mix gently. Finally add the vanilla yeast.

Bake in a cake mold and bake gently at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes.
