Ingredients (for 4):
- 1 onion
- 1 teaspoon Curry
- 2-3 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 potatoes cut into dice
- 1 handful of cooked amaranth greens
- 1 glass of milk and / or wine
Sauté the onion with the curry. Add broth and potatoes in cubes and cook. Pour the mixture into the mixer adding the amaranth and mix. Add the milk, salt and heat again enough to serve hot.
